    heavy rainfall should be the greater concern.

    ...FREEZING FOG POSSIBLE ACROSS EAST AND CENTRAL TEXAS TONIGHT...
    
    * WHAT...Freezing Fog or fog that may result in the development of
      icy conditions. Visibility below 3 miles is also expected.
    
    * WHERE...Portions of Central and East Texas.
    
    * WHEN...Tonight into Tuesday Morning.
    
    * IMPACTS...Slick road conditions on...bridges...overpasses...and
      other untreated paved surfaces where visibility falls below 1/2
      mile. 
     
    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
    
    If you must travel, please exercise caution as freezing fog may 
    deposit ice on roadways resulting in slick road conditions. In
    addition, black ice will also be possible from recent snowfall.
