"This will become your go-to ham for the holiday. It's honestly one of the best I've ever had! The glaze is sweet and spicy with a slight tang from the mustard. Since it's baked uncovered and basted, it gets glazed and crisp around the edges, but nice and moist inside. So good!"

"With all the layers of yumminess, any family would love to wake up to this breakfast casserole on Christmas morning. We used the frozen shredded potatoes and it was quite delicious. It would be even better with fresh potatoes. The potatoes are a hearty base. The sausage, veggie, and cheese layer makes the casserole special. We were concerned about the amount of cheddar but it melted to perfection. Cottage cheese makes this layer nice and creamy. A fantastic breakfast casserole!"

|Chocolate Truffle Cake|
Angela Gray has been featured on the home page for Chocolate Truffle Cake
"What an insanely good chocolate cake recipe. People will absolutely think you got this from a bakery. The cake is moist and tender, but sturdy enough to hold the frosting and ganache layers. This chocolate frosting is rich and smooth. Where this cake gets special is the chocolate ganache filling. It's rich and chocolaty with a slight orange flavor. The rich Lindt truffles are the perfect topping and make the layer cake extra fancy. This cake will make a special occasion extra special. If you're a beginning baker, we'd suggest having someone help you in the kitchen. There are a lot of steps, but the outcome is the perfect cake for a chocolate lover."

"This custard pie is similar to chess pie, but prepared in a wonderfully unique way! It's not a very sweet dessert. The texture reminds us of flan without the caramel. If you want something sweeter, we'd suggest swapping the milk for heavy cream and the margarine for butter. Also, cinnamon would be delicious sprinkled on top too. Super easy to make, we really liked this custard pie."
