  • UK Drill Rappers Skengdo x AM Drop "EU Drillas" Mixtape
  • Skengdo x AM have returned with their brand new project, EU Drillas. The two rappers have established themselves as two of the most important voices in the UK movement right now but as the Chicago-made genre expands globally, Skengdo and AM take their talents into pockets of Europe on their new project. Each track off of the project is in collaboration with a drill artist elsewhere in Europe such as Sweden, Holland, Ireland, and Germany. From a North American standpoint, it's incredible to see just how much Chief Keef's influence has soaked into the fabric of hip-hop globally.

If you're interested in diving deeper into UK and Europe's ever-expanding drill scene, this project is what you need. Check it out and sound off in the comments.

  • Trippie Redd, Lil Durk & G Herbo Drop Major Threats On "OTF KNIGHTMARE"
  • After going straight to the top of the Billboard 200 chart with his mixtape A Love Letter to You 4 back in November, Trippie Redd decided to give fans a thank you treat with the arrival of a deluxe version for the project. Of the new tracks, which feature the likes of RussChance The Rapper and Young Thug amongst others, one of the standouts is a drill-themed collab titled "OTF KNIGHTMARE" featuring Lil Durk and G Herbo.

Trippie starts things out with his signature scream-rap flow on this Pi'erre Bourne-produced banger, dropping his own set of threats that range from murder, being in the field and of course representing for "gang gang." Durk follows soon after with bars about aspiring to be like Big Meech of Black Mafia Family fame and a love for his loyal killers, finished off with a verse from G Herbo that sees him going off with his own gang-related rhetoric. In short, if you ain't gang you can't hang. Simple as that.

Listen to "OTF KNIGHTMARE" by Trippie Redd featuring Lil Durk & G Herbo below, and go stream the full deluxe edition of A Love Letter to You 4 right now:

    Quotable Lyrics:

    Got 30 for a show, I ain't show up
I'm trying to be like Meech when I grow up
I gotta switch on my Glock when I blow it
And I love my killers, they know it
You a bitch n***a, jump off the porch
Headshot when you walk out of court
From the 'Raq where they murder for sports
Last opp got murdered, of course

  • Pusha T & Jadakiss Pull "Hunting Season" Out Of Respect For Pop Smoke
  • Pusha T and Jadakiss' "Hunting Season" has been removed from TIDAL and it appears to be out of respect for Pop Smoke. The record, slated to appear on Jada's next project Ignatius, was on the Jay-Z-owned streaming platform at the early hours of the day before fans noticed it was no longer available.

"'Hunting Season' was a request that IcePick Jay (RIP) always had and in light of his death me and Kiss mad an incredible song," he explained on his Instagram page. "With that being said, the whole concept of hunting season and the hypothetical ideas of 'killing rappers' isn't setting well with me while mourning the recent death of Pop Smoke. Rest In Peace POP and condolences to his family."

Karen Civil appeared to confirm the news that the song has, indeed, been removed from streaming platforms in wake of Pop Smoke's death.

The death of Pop Smoke, of course, hits home for a lot of rappers but Pusha T was one of the first to show him love. Push's manager, Steven Victor, was also the person who signed Pop to his label. Pusha T even brought Pop Smoke out at his set at Brooklyn's Greatest Day Ever Music Festival in July 2019 where he performed his then-bubbling anthem, "Welcome To The Party," which Push referred to as "my shit." Of course, the song would later blow up and kick start the young rapper's career.

  • Air Jordan 1 High OG "Fresh Mint" Dropping Next Year: Details
  • Jordan Brand has been experimenting with the Air Jordan 1 High OG since it released all the way back in 1985. This silhouette is one of the most iconic and popular shoes ever, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that Jumpman would want to do as much as they can with it. Twenty-twenty is going to see a whole plethora of Jordan 1 releases and according to @zsneakerheadz, the brand is already looking towards 2021.

In the photoshop rendering below, we can see a colorway that is being dubbed "Fresh Mint." This sneaker has a sail toe box, side panels, and tongue, while the overlays are black. From there, the back heel is a mocha color which is also found on the outsole. Finally, the Nike swoosh and wings logo is Turquoise although this specific shade is appropriately called "Fresh Mint."

According to Sneaker Bar Detroit, this colorway is supposed to drop during the early stages of 2021 for $170 USD. Within the next few months, there will surely be some detailed images of this offering so stay tuned as we will be sure to bring you the latest updates. • Paul Rosenberg To Reportedly Step Down As Def Jam CEO
  • Paul Rosenberg -- known by many as manager to Eminem, Danny Brown, Alchemist, Action Bronson, and more -- is officially stepping down from his position as Def Jam's CEO. As Billboard reports, Rosenberg was finding himself unable to focus on both his Goliath Management duties and his position as co-owner of Shady Records, and thus decided to bow out gracefully. The decision is said to be amicable, though Rosenberg himself has yet to make an official statement on ending his two-year tenure with the legendary label.

You may recall that Rosenberg originally secured the position in August of 2017 and enjoyed a successful run during his time as CEO. Yet those familiar with Paul's career understand that his connection with Eminem runs deep, and it's not entirely surprising to see him looking to dedicate more time to the Shady family. Especially given that Boogie, Griselda, and Em himself are all enjoying strong runs that would likely benefit from Paul's increased attention.

Billboard notes that Def Jam will make the announcement next week. It should be noted that during Rosenberg's time in charge, many prominent rappers released new albums, including Jadakiss, Fabolous, Jeezy, Kanye West, Logic, and YG. While he had a good run, it should be interesting to see Rosenberg spending the majority of his time where it all began; one has to wonder what that spells for the future.

  • Snoop Dogg Joins "Red Table Talk" To Discuss Disrespect Between Black Men & Women
  • Jada Pinkett Smith has truly created a winning platform for herself with the Facebook Watch series Red Table Talk that she hosts alongside daughter Willow Smith and mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones. They've addressed many powerful issues with subjects like Jordyn WoodsT.I. & Tiny plus  actor Tommy Davidson in recents months, and now the trio will be joined by rap vet Snoop Dogg for a conversation surrounding the topic of disrespect between Black men and Black women.

While the details are still being kept under wraps until the show airs next week, it appears Snoop is there to address his recent negative comments towards Gayle King which he's since apologized for. For those that need a refresher, Snoop flat out called Gayle a "funky dog-head bitch" for bringing up Kobe Bryant's 2003 rape case while interviewing Lisa Leslie a few weeks ago. While many were quick to note that King was wrong for bringing up such a negative subject only a few days after Kobe's fatal helicopter crash last month, it was also widely agreed that Snoop didn't have to take it as far as to call her out of name and practically threaten her well-being. Either way, it should make for a very interesting talk once his sit-down with Jada, Willow and Ms. Adrienne goes live.

Snoop Dogg's Red Table Talk interview airs next Wednesday (February 26) on Facebook Watch.

  • Lil Tecca Royally Fails Spelling Challenge
  • As we near the release of Lil Tecca's Virgo World, the New York representative is trying his hand at a spelling bee, accepting an interviewer's challenge on the street. The 17-year-old rapper hit the big leagues with his hit single "Ran$om" and, since then, he's been following that formula to a tee. This year, he's impacted his audience with "IDK" and that should have probably been his answer when asked if he could spell the word "chiropractor."

When an interviewer approached him in the street, Lil Tecca was playing around with the man until he was asked to spell a word that he was not entirely familiar with. Perhaps Tecca has never needed the services of a chiropractor because, from the sounds of it, he's never even heard the word in his life.

Sporting his signature glasses, which have caused some fans to think he's a super-genius of sorts, Lil Tecca admitted that he is a pretty smart kid. Maybe he just isn't that good in English class though because, when tasked with spelling the word "chiropractor," he struggled royally. The teenager was bewildered before giving it a shot, messing up almost instantly. Good effort though!

We need to make Spelling Bee with Lil Tecca an actual reality show out here. What word do you want him to tackle next?

  • John Cena Recalls Moment He Was Nearly Fired By WWE
  • It's tough to imagine the WWE without 16-time Champion John Cena, but that was almost the reality as WWE nearly fired Cena just months after his debut on SmackDown. As part of WWE Network's new series "Ruthless Aggression," Cena explained how he was informed of his impending release in 2002 after he failed to capitalize on the momentum from his match against Kurt Angle.

    Says Cena:

“The WWE, they used to make a series of cuts around late November and around mid-May. I was told I was getting my release in the Christmas cuts, because it just wasn’t working, and there’s no argument there. It wasn’t, They gave it to me on a silver platter. ‘John Cena. Ruthless Aggression.’ And I failed. I messed it up. It was on my last European tour, and I think I was in mixed tag matches – this is how well it was not going. I was just there to maybe have one last time in the ring, but I was on the way out.”

As we know, Cena was not cut and he went on to become one of the most decorated superstars in the company's history. So what changed? As seen in the video clip embedded below, Cena's ability to freestyle along with Rey Mysterio and Rikishi on the WWE tour bus ultimately led to his Dr. Of Thuganomics gimmick, which saved his career.

Cena is currently scheduled to make his return to SmackDown later this month, and it is believed that he will put the wheels in motion for an in-ring return at Wrestlemania 36.

Click here to find out which WWE superstar is scheduled to face off against the leader Cenation at the "Show of Shows" on April 5th.

  • Shannon Sharpe Offers Harsh Assessment Of Tom Brady: Watch
  • Shannon Sharpe used to play in the NFL which makes him particularly well-equipped to talk about other players and whether or not they have what it takes to still play at a high level. Sharpe currently cohosts FS1's Undisputed alongside Skip Bayless and the former Denver Bronco has been known to bring some hot takes to the table. On Friday, that's exactly what he did while talking about Tom Brady. The QB will be a free agent this season and has a big decision to make in regards to where he goes next.

As Sharpe explains in the clip below, he believes Brady has actually hit the end of the road and that he barely has what it takes to be a sustainable quarterback. In fact, Sharpe would take Brees over Brady right now. Of course, Sharpe admits that Brady was better in his prime but as it stands, Brees is more serviceable.

“Moving forward, Drew Brees is a better, more valuable (quarterback)… because I believe he has more in the tank,” Sharpe said. “Tom Brady is on fumes. If I’m him, the next gas station, I’m not passing it. I’m going to fill up, because sometimes you’re like, ‘No, I can get something cheaper down the road.’ Don’t you pass that gas station, Tom, because it’s almost over.”

Sharpe's comments come off as pretty harsh but he definitely makes an interesting point. Say what you will about Brady's weapons last year, he simply wasn't playing at a high enough level for the Patriots to go far. With this in mind, Brady could find this upcoming season to be quite difficult.

  • Lil Xan Takes A Different Approach On "Wide Awake"
  • California rapper Lil Xan remains one of the least-liked members of the hip-hop community nationwide. The 23-year-old has been hated on from all sides, earning a ton of backlash for his comments about Tupac Shakur several years ago. He's been trying to bounce back into the public's good graces but, unfortunately, it's looking like that's less likely to happen as time goes by. His reputation isn't getting him down though. The leader of Xanarchy has everything he's ever wanted. Money, fame, girls, and more. His most recent single, released earlier today, is representative of a new sound that Diego is chasing, dropping off "Wide Awake" via Xanarchy Music.

Produced by Yaygo and MorgothBeatz, Lil Xan supplemented the new single with a highly-stylized music video, produced by Polygon. Watch it below and let us know what you think of this one.

    Quotable Lyrics:

    Can't beat me, ten-for-ten, I'm undefeated
Nikes on my feet, shout out Mac Miller, yeah
I see that life that they be hidin' from me, yeah
Takin' a hike just to see the stars at night, yeah
Is that my dead homie? I got dead homies
But it's okay, they my angels, they protect me from the pain
